The Greater Thousand Islands Literacy Council presents Charlotte Award Presentation with Charlotte Award Committee Chair Judy Ehrensbeck presenting the 40 titles nominated for the Charlotte Award. It will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 4:00 PM. It will be at the Carthage Middle School Library in Carthage, NY or online via Zoom. CTLE credit will be given to those that attend.
