NYSRA 2026 Vendor, Advertising, & Sponsorships Information
We would like to officially invite your organization to advertise in the 2026 New York State Reading Association Conference Program. The Conference is set for November 6-8, 2026 at Hunter College in New York City. Our theme this year is Playful Literacies!
Vendor booths will be located in lobby of the West Building on the Hunter College campus. The lobby is located on the ground-floor for easy loading/unloading of any vendor materials. We will have a grand opening of the Exhibit Hall and have time set aside during the conference for Exhibit Hall visits. Included with your $700 exhibitor fee are the following:
1 - 6’ skirted table
2 chairs
1 booth number or booth identification sign
Vendor name/location listed in the digital conference program
The conference program is 100% online, in full color, and can include a hyperlink to your website. Advertisements can be submitted through the application included below or emailed to Andrea Tochelli-Ward (tochelal@lemoyne.edu) and Keith Newvine (konewvine@gmail.com) by November 1. Advertisements must be in high-resolution JPG or PNG format.
$500 for a full page (8.5”x 11”)
$300 for a half page (8.5”x 5.4”)
$165 for a quarter page (4.2”x 5.4”)
Checks for the total amount should be made payable to the New York State Reading Association. If paying by credit or debit card, please let us know. We will arrange for secure payment through our website.
