Thank you for your interest in NYSRA's 2025 Conference. We look forward to your participation, as it will enrich our overall conference experience.

Vendor booths will be located in one of the two main ballrooms of the Buffalo Niagara Marriott. The ballroom has direct, ground-floor outside access for easy loading/unloading of any vendor materials. We will be opening the vendor ballroom to the adjoining keynote ballroom during general sessions, and providing food/refreshments in the vendor space to drive traffic towards your booth. Included with your $700 exhibitor fee are the following:

• 1 - 6’ skirted table
• 2 folding chairs 
• 1 booth number or booth identification sign
• 1 small wastebasket
• Vendor name/location listed in the digital conference program

If you need additional items for your booth, such as access to electric outlets, please reach out to us via the emails below.  We can accommodate your needs for an additional cost.

We also encourage you to advertise in our online conference program. Advertising space includes an embedded link to your website, or any other site you would like participants to visit. Please see the Google form provided in this email for submission information. The costs for advertising are:

• $500 for a full page (8.5” x 11”)
• $300 for a half page (8.5” x 5.4”)
• $165 for a quarter page (4.2” x 5.4”)
