Goals:

To coordinate the preparation of the Council Service Awards to be presented at the NYSRA End of the Year Meeting.
To prepare and present at the NYSRA End of the Year Meeting an award for each person nominated by his/her reading council for outstanding service to the council.

Guidelines:

Each local council of NYSRA in good standing is eligible to nominate a recipient for this award. The criteria must be met by April 1, 2004 and postmarked by that date.
